About us

We teach children to cook and help them build skills that last a lifetime

At Future Chefs, we believe the kitchen is a space for learning and building character, not just a place to prepare food. We offer children and teens a hands-on cooking experience inspired by the Montessori approach, helping them become self-reliant, take responsibility, and grow in confidence and creativity. We offer an educational cooking experience for children and teens aged 6 to 16.

Our learning approach

Our learning approach

The Future Chefs experience is built on hands-on learning, inspired by Montessori principles, which puts the child at the heart of the learning experience.

Future Chefs pillars

The pillars of the Future Chefs experience

Skills that start in the kitchen… and last for life.

Independence and responsibility

Children learn to take responsibility for their workstation, their tools, the order of their steps, and cleaning up afterwards. We help them carry out tasks on their own, with support and guidance when needed, so they feel capable of achieving things and relying on themselves.

Building self-confidence

Every dish a child makes on their own is a real success they can see, taste and share with others. These small achievements help build their confidence and encourage them to try new things without fear of making mistakes.

Creativity and innovation

We give children room to experiment, decorate, choose some of the ingredients, and present their dishes in their own way. We don't look for identical results; we encourage each child to express their ideas and personality.

Learning by doing

Children learn through direct practice, not just theoretical explanation. Every step in the session gives the child a sensory, hands-on experience that helps them absorb and remember what they learn.

Teamwork

Children learn to cooperate, divide tasks, share tools and respect other people's roles. The shared-table sitting at the end of the session helps build friendships and a sense of belonging to the group.

Values and food etiquette

We make a point of weaving Islamic values and food etiquette into the session in an age-appropriate way. Children learn to say Bismillah before eating, to eat with the right hand, to be grateful for the food, to avoid waste, and to take care of food and ingredients.

Safety first

We teach children to use the kitchen with awareness and confidence

Every experience at Future Chefs begins by teaching children the rules of hygiene and safety. Children learn the correct way to wash their hands, sanitize tools, organize their workspace, and handle kitchen tools with care.
