Data we collect

• Child data: first name, last name and age.
• Guardian data: name, verified mobile number, email, and an emergency number.
• National address (optional).
• Photography and publication consent, and how you heard about us.
• Record of consent to the terms: date, time and IP address.

Health data — special handling

Disclosures about chronic illnesses and food allergies are sensitive data. We handle them as follows:

• Access is limited to the supervisors responsible for the child's safety.
• They are not sent by email or text message.
• They are never used for any marketing purpose.
• They are deleted after the contractual relationship ends and the legally required period has passed.

Mobile number verification

Before completing the booking, we send a text message with a verification code to the guardian's mobile number, to confirm that the number belongs to them and that we can reach them when needed.

• The message is sent through an SMS service provider, which receives from us only the mobile number and the message text.
• We keep a verification log that contains neither the full mobile number nor the verification code: a hashed fingerprint of the number and its last two digits, a hashed fingerprint of the internet (IP) address to limit abuse, and the time and result of the request. This log is deleted automatically after 35 days.
• We store a cookie in your browser that proves the number has been verified, so that we do not ask for the code again from the same device within 30 days. This cookie is not used for tracking or advertising.
• The booking records whether or not the number was verified.

The verification-code message is not a marketing message, and we send no marketing content through this service.

School and private-event requests

The “Schools” and “Private events” pages each have a contact-request form. In them we ask for the school name or the requester's name, a contact number, an email if you wish, the number of participants, the preferred date and time, and any notes you write. The request is sent to the center's email so that we contact you about it only, and it is not stored on the website. To limit misuse of the two forms, we keep for one hour a hashed fingerprint of the internet address from which the request was sent, together with its number of requests, without any of the request data itself.

Purpose of processing

• Fulfilling the booking and managing groups and seats.
• Ensuring the child's safety during the session and acting in emergencies.
• Verifying the identity of the accompanying adult at pickup.
• Sending the booking confirmation, the appointment reminder, and the mobile verification code.

Retention period

We keep booking data for the legally required period for financial records. Health data is deleted after the contractual relationship ends, and the mobile verification log is deleted automatically after 35 days.

Your rights

• Access the data we hold about your child.
• Request correction of any inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of the data to the extent the law allows.
• Withdraw photography and publication consent at any time.
