Policies

General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every booking at Future Chefs. By completing the booking, the guardian is deemed to have read and agreed to them.

1. Booking, changes and refunds

Changing or postponing the date: We allow the date to be changed or postponed subject to available seats, provided the change is made at least 24 hours before the session, for a fee of 50 SAR per change.

Refund policy: The final amount paid cannot be refunded after the booking is confirmed, unless the center is unable to safely host a child with a food allergy, in which case the full amount is refunded.

2. Attendance and lateness

Each session starts at the scheduled time, and participants must arrive no more than 15 minutes before the session.

Lateness limit: The maximum allowed lateness is 15 minutes only; beyond that, attendance is cancelled and the session fee is not refunded.

3. Handover, pickup cards and identity verification

The child is handed over and picked up exclusively with the accompanying adult inside the center's premises, using the designated pickup card.

Management verifies the identity of the accompanying adult in case of suspicion or a lost pickup card, by contacting and confirming through the emergency number registered in the system.

The competent authorities are contacted if the guardian is late to pick up the child after working hours end.

4. Medical disclosure and emergencies

The guardian is required to disclose any allergies, chronic illnesses or special needs of the child in the child data form after payment, and bears full responsibility for any harm resulting from the health condition if it is not disclosed.

Incident procedures: If an incident occurs, the parents are contacted immediately and the child is taken to the nearest health center immediately.

Notice: The venue is not equipped to isolate food allergens. If the child has a food allergy, we contact the guardian via WhatsApp before the session to coordinate, and if we cannot safely host the child, the full amount is refunded. An accompanying adult must stay throughout the session with any child who has a chronic illness or special need.

5. Conduct and general safety rules

Management reserves the right to suspend the participation of any child who endangers their own safety or that of their classmates, or who repeatedly shows behavior that disrupts the session, without referring to the guardian and without refunding the session fee.

6. Personal belongings

It is advised not to bring valuables, whether for children or guardians, as the center is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
